Justin: “It’s interesting. I feel like Austin doesn’t quite feel like home even now, all these years later.
I think about it sometimes because I’m from Memphis originally. I grew up there, 18 years there. That’s my hometown. New Orleans is actually home ‘cause that’s where I grew up. I went to college there. I got my first jobs there. I launched my first business there. All of my major firsts happened in New Orleans.
And so that’s home spiritually, I guess.
Austin has been unique because I’ve been here this long and I have not left. Which is confusing. But it doesn’t feel like home yet.”
Robin: “But New Orleans does.”
Justin: “Yeah.”
